Arts & Craft - No Form Required
Arts & Crafts will be Sunday, May 2nd from 2:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Set up begins at 10:00 a.m., located on Main & Burrow Streets. Electricity will not be provided, nor will tents & tables. A desiginated area will be provided. City requires a $20.00 vendor fee

In an effort to make the registration process easier, we have placed all our registration forms on our site. All forms will need to be completed and mailed in with payment. (Forms can not be emailed since payment must accompany them)

Adobe Arcobat Reader is required to access these forms. (Free version available from Adobe)

1) Print forms off, fill them out by hand and mail in with payment.

Queen must be thirteen (13) years old and no more than fifteen (15) by the date of the revue
