The World Taiji Science Federation (WTSF), a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is proud to offer a community wellness program designed to help individuals improve their overall health through traditional Qigong practice.

This program introduces Fu Yang Gong (扶阳功), a structured system focused on restoring internal energy (Yang Qi), improving circulation, and supporting physical and mental balance.

扶阳八式:动功通络,一式一效(核心招式详解)

1. 盘古开天双推掌
招式要领:双臂缓缓上托至头顶,再向前缓缓推按,配合丹田呼吸,拉伸胸腹与肩颈,动作舒缓有力、不僵不滞。
养生价值:重点疏通三焦经,调和肺脾两脏功能,快速放松颈椎与肩背僵硬肌群,改善久坐导致的头部昏沉、胸闷气短,升发上焦阳气,让头部与胸腔气血通畅,提神醒脑效果显著。
2. 回山转海抱乾坤
招式要领:双手环抱于胸腹前,左右缓慢转体,带动腰腹、肋胁自然舒展,动作圆活连贯、以腰为轴。
养生价值:疏肝利胆、健运脾胃,疏解肝郁气滞、情绪郁结,改善脾胃虚弱、消化不良、腰腹代谢缓慢等问题,疏通中焦气血,破除中焦瘀堵,让脾胃运化功能恢复正常。
3. 燕子啄泥探谷底
招式要领:双腿微屈,上身缓慢俯身,双手自然向下探伸,拉伸腰背与下肢,不强行弯腰、贴合脊柱曲线。
养生价值:专攻人体膀胱经,膀胱经是阳气运行的主要通道,也是寒湿排出的重要通路,此式能有效强腰固肾、缓解腰腿酸痛、下肢麻木、腿沉乏力,祛除下肢寒湿,改善下焦虚寒问题。
4. 后羿射日展肋胁
招式要领:左右交替开弓,展肩扩胸,拉伸肋胁与胸腔,矫正含胸驼背的不良体态,动作舒展大方。
养生价值:强健心肺功能、疏解肝郁,放松肩周肌群,改善心肺气虚、胸闷、肩周炎、肩周劳损,让胸腔气血宣通,提升全身阳气的发散能力,同时矫正体态、舒展身心。
5. 金翅擘海攀其足
招式要领:单侧手臂向上伸直,另一侧身体缓慢探向足部,拉伸侧腰与背部,动作缓慢有度。
养生价值:打通背部膏肓穴及周边经络,缓解长期久坐、伏案导致的腰背僵硬、肩背沉重、肌肉劳损,舒筋通背、祛除背部寒湿,让背部气血通畅、不再沉重酸胀。
6. 仙鹤起舞振翅飞
招式要领:双臂如仙鹤振翅般轻扬,单腿微抬保持平衡,全身放松、动作轻盈舒缓。
养生价值:强腰固肾、提升身体平衡感与协调性,清脑醒神、舒缓身心疲惫,尤其适合中老年修习者,在平衡练习中激发全身阳气,让气血运行更顺畅,改善肢体僵硬、行动迟缓。
7. 波涛涌动开龙脊
招式要领:以丹田为核心,带动脊柱逐节蠕动、前后舒展,模拟龙脊游动的状态,全程松腰活脊。
养生价值:温通督脉,督脉为“阳脉之海”,是全身阳气运行的总纲,此式是扶阳功升发阳气的核心招式,能全方位调养整条脊柱,改善脊柱僵硬、腰椎间盘不适、督脉阳气不足,让阳气顺着脊柱遍布全身,实现周身通透。
8. 凤凰点头舒颈肩
招式要领:头部轻柔缓慢转动、点头含胸,重点放松颈椎与肩颈连接处,动作缓慢可控、不猛甩头部。
养生价值:全方位舒缓颈椎压力,改善颈椎僵硬、变形、脑供血不足等问题,安神助眠、缓解失眠多梦,解决现代人长期低头看手机、伏案工作导致的颈椎顽疾,让上焦气血通畅,头脑始终清爽。
