Tobias Puntke M.A., born 1975, studied sports science and sports medicine at the University of Münster, Germany. 2006-2008 Lecturer for Taijiquan and Qi Gong at the Institute for Sports Science at the University of Münster. Since then, regular collaboration as a specialist expert in scientific studies to research the health effects of Taijiquan.

Started his own Taijiquan studies in 1987 and has been a professional Taijiquan teacher and instructor for more than 25 years, teaching in various European countries. Master student of Grandmaster Shen Xijing in the 2nd generation of Fuxi Taiji. 2006-2022 President and Chief Instructor of the European TaijiDao Association.
