The Daoyin Yangsheng and Qigong training course is taught by Master Jin Ping, a distinguished expert in traditional health-preserving practices and a direct disciple of Professor Zhang Guangde of Beijing Sport University. This course integrates classical Daoyin Yangsheng theory with modern Qigong training methods, emphasizing coordinated movement, breath regulation, and mental focus.
Through systematic instruction, participants will develop a deeper understanding of body alignment, energy circulation, and the harmonization of internal and external elements. The training highlights the principles of regulating Qi, enhancing physical vitality, and cultivating long-term health through structured and progressive practice.
Under the guidance of Master Jin Ping, participants will gain insight into the authentic lineage system of Daoyin Yangsheng and Qigong, including fundamental training methods, energy cultivation techniques, and the integration of traditional theory with practical application in daily life.
Participants who complete the full training program will receive an official WTSF Training Certificate issued by the World Taiji Science Federation. The certificate will be signed by the WTSF Chairperson and Master Jin Ping and may serve as a credential for future training and instructor development.

Master Jin Ping
Master Jin Ping is a renowned expert in Daoyin Yangsheng and Qigong and a direct disciple of Professor Zhang Guangde of Beijing Sport University. She is an international-level Qigong instructor and judge with extensive experience in international competitions.
Master Jin Ping has long been dedicated to the promotion and teaching of Daoyin Yangsheng and Qigong, emphasizing the integration of traditional theory, breath regulation, and mindful movement. Her teaching system focuses on improving physical health, enhancing internal energy, and cultivating balance between body and mind.
Over the years, she has delivered more than 800 classes and trained over 10,000 students worldwide. Through her systematic and accessible teaching approach, she has contributed significantly to the international dissemination and development of Daoyin Yangsheng and Qigong, helping practitioners of all levels achieve sustainable health and well-being.
