Description
Grandmaster Zhao Youbin: Yang-Style Tai Chi 28-Form Part I (LA-C2-A1)
The Yang-Style Tai Chi 28-Form is a refined and practical routine personally taught by Grandmaster Zhao Youbin, a renowned representative of the Yang-style Tai Chi lineage. This form preserves the essential principles and internal training methods of traditional Yang-style Tai Chi while presenting them in a concise and systematic structure suitable for modern practitioners.
The 28-Form emphasizes relaxed yet structured body alignment, smooth and continuous movement, coordinated breathing, and the cultivation of internal energy (Qi). Through regular practice, students gradually develop balance, flexibility, internal strength, and the ability to integrate intention, breath, and movement.
Under the direct guidance of Grandmaster Zhao Youbin, participants gain deeper insight into the authentic transmission of Yang-style Tai Chi, including correct body mechanics, internal energy development, and the traditional martial and health-preserving principles embedded in the form. This course offers a valuable opportunity to experience genuine lineage instruction and deepen one’s Tai Chi practice.
Participants who complete the full Yang-Style Tai Chi 28-Form training program will receive an official WTSF Training Certificate issued by the World Taiji Science Federation. The certificate will bear the signatures of the WTSF Chairperson and Grandmaster Zhao Youbin. All certificates will be formally registered and may serve as supporting credentials for future lineage certification and WTSF instructor certification.
