Master Wang Zhanjun Chen-Style Tai Chi 48 Practical Routine – Part I | Miami (FL-C2-B1)
The Chen-Style Tai Chi 48-Form Sanshou (Practical Routine) is taught by Master Wang Zhanjun, a distinguished representative of the Chen-style Tai Chi lineage. This routine integrates traditional Chen-style Tai Chi principles with practical application, emphasizing coordinated body mechanics, footwork, and hand techniques. Through systematic training, participants develop whole-body power, understand the use of issuing force (fajin) and neutralizing force (huajin), and improve balance, coordination, and internal strength.
Under the guidance of Master Wang Zhanjun, participants gain insight into the traditional martial principles and practical training methods of Chen-style Tai Chi, including correct body structure, energy development, and the integration of martial and health-preserving aspects of the art.
Participants who complete the full training program will receive an official WTSF Training Certificate issued by the World Taiji Science Federation. The certificate will be signed by the WTSF Chairperson and Master Wang Zhanjun and may serve as a credential for future lineage and instructor certification.

Master Wang Zhanjun
Master Wang Zhanjun is an outstanding representative inheritor of Chen-Style Tai Chi and an internationally renowned Tai Chi master, widely known as the “Ever-Victorious General.” His father is the famous Chinese Tai Chi grandmaster Master Wang Xian. Having practiced martial arts since childhood under his father’s guidance, he received authentic and direct transmission of the Chen family Tai Chi tradition. He possesses profound expertise in the practical combat applications of Tai Chi and is recognized as one of the important representatives of the new generation of Chen-Style Tai Chi.
Master Wang Zhanjun has long been dedicated to the systematic teaching of Chen-Style Tai Chi theory and techniques, emphasizing the integration of traditional foundational training, the cultivation of whole-body power, and the practical martial applications of Tai Chi. His teaching system focuses on body structure, the training of silk-reeling energy (Chan Si Jin), and the holistic principles of internal–external coordination. His instruction is known for its rigor and well-structured methodology.
Over the years, Master Wang Zhanjun has trained numerous outstanding students and lineage practitioners and has actively promoted the global development and dissemination of Chen-Style Tai Chi, making significant contributions to the preservation and transmission of traditional Tai Chi culture.
